Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Cheap Easy Labs collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with when you use cheapeasylabs.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, date of birth, sex, address, email, and phone number, along with payment details handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your full card number ourselves. We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, general device and browser information — to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process your order, generate and send your lab order form, route your order to our lab-ordering partner and the authorizing physician network, deliver your results to you, and provide customer support. We also use it for fraud prevention, to comply with legal obligations, and — if you haven't opted out — to send you occasional product or promotional emails.

3. Who we share it with

We share the details necessary to fulfill your order with the laboratory (Labcorp or Quest), our lab-ordering partner, and the independent physician network that authorizes your test. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy practices. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as email or hosting providers), or when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Cheap Easy Labs or others. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Lab results and health data

Your results are generated and held by the laboratory that performed your testing; we receive and store a copy to make available to you through your account. Cheap Easy Labs is a technology service, not a healthcare provider or laboratory, and may not be a "covered entity" under HIPAA. The laboratory and the physician network that authorizes your order maintain their own separate privacy and data-handling obligations, described in their own policies.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to sensitive data. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against every possible breach.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails; this won't affect transactional messages about your orders or account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at the email below — we'll respond consistent with applicable law, though we may need to retain certain records (such as order and payment history) for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes even after a deletion request.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll take appropriate steps to remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
