Terms of Service
Agreement to these Terms. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cheapeasylabs.com and everything we offer through it (the "Service"), operated by Cheap Easy Labs, a U.S. limited liability company. Using the Service, placing an order, or submitting payment means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. "You" refers to the person using the Service, and to any organization you're acting on behalf of if applicable — in that case, you're confirming you're authorized to bind that organization.
1. Who can use this service
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to place an order. By ordering, you're confirming that you meet both of those requirements, that the information you give us is accurate, and that you're ordering for yourself unless Section 6 applies to you. Anyone whose blood is drawn under an order must also be 18 or older and a U.S. resident. We don't knowingly serve anyone under 18.
2. What we do — and what we don't do
Cheap Easy Labs lets you select lab tests — either a flat-price panel or individual tests from our catalog — pay once, and receive a lab order form (your lab will refer to this as a requisition). You take that form to a Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics location for your blood draw, and your results come back to you electronically.
We are not a laboratory, a healthcare provider, or a medical practice, and we don't practice medicine. We don't choose tests for you or tell you which ones to get. The actual testing is performed by an independent laboratory (Labcorp or Quest), and your order is authorized by a licensed physician network working with our lab-ordering partner. We don't control either of those parties, and we don't make clinical decisions about your care.
Nothing about the Service is a substitute for a doctor's visit, a diagnosis, or medical advice. We don't interpret your results or tell you what they mean. Using the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Cheap Easy Labs. Our Lab Testing Consent covers this in more detail, and you agree to it when you place an order.
3. How ordering works without a doctor's visit
You never see or speak with a doctor to use the Service. To make your order lawful, it's authorized through a licensed physician network working with our lab-ordering partner. That authorization doesn't make you their patient — they aren't evaluating or treating you, only reviewing and clearing the order so the lab can run it.
Once your order form is issued, it's up to you when and where you get drawn. We don't schedule appointments or send reminders. Your order stays valid for 12 months from the date it's issued. If you don't use it within that window, the testing simply doesn't happen, and our obligation is considered complete.
4. The lab and our ordering partner
We rely on outside parties to deliver the Service. The laboratory — Labcorp or Quest — performs your draw and runs your tests. Our lab-ordering partner is the technology layer that routes your order to the physician network and the lab, and returns your results to us. When you're at the lab, you're also subject to that lab's own terms and privacy practices, separate from ours — we don't control their facilities, staff, or scheduling.
The lab that ran your tests also keeps a copy of your results. We recommend creating an account directly with whichever lab you used, under the same name and date of birth you gave us, so you always have a second way to retrieve your results.
5. Where we operate
The Service is only available where self-ordered lab testing is legally permitted. We currently do not serve New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island — checkout won't accept an address in those states, so no charge occurs. If an order from one of those states somehow gets placed and we can't fulfill it, we'll cancel and refund it in full, with no fee.
6. Ordering on behalf of someone else
Most orders are for the person placing them. In limited cases, we approve accounts that can order for other people — these aren't available to the general public and require our advance approval, which we can decline or revoke at any time. If you hold one of these accounts:
- You may only order for another adult who has given you written authorization to do so, and who is 18+ and a U.S. resident. Keep that authorization on file.
- You confirm you've given that person these Terms and our Lab Testing Consent, and that they agree to both.
- Your relationship with that person — including what you tell them about their results — is yours alone. We aren't a party to it.
- You're responsible for any licensing or legal requirements that apply to your own operation. We don't verify or advise on these.
- You pay for the order, not the person tested, and any refund goes back to the payment method used.
- Results and order documents go to your account; getting them to the person tested is your responsibility.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit about another person, and for having permission to submit it.
- You may not represent yourself as Cheap Easy Labs or use our name or branding without written permission.
- You're responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff. Keep your login secure and tell us immediately if it's compromised.
- If we've signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence over this section wherever they conflict.
7. Pricing and payment
The price shown at checkout is what you pay for the tests you selected. Payments are processed through Stripe; we don't store your full card number. Placing an order authorizes us to charge your payment method for the amount shown, and your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel orders we can't lawfully fulfill (for example, from a restricted state) or that we suspect involve fraud.
You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided. Before payment, checkout shows you the exact tests and total — placing the order means you've reviewed and accepted that list. If a payment dispute is raised, we may share our order records (tests, amount, order form, and communications) with the card issuer to resolve it.
The personal details you enter — name, date of birth, sex, address, contact info — are sent to the lab exactly as provided, and we show them back to you for confirmation before payment so you can check them against your ID. Incorrect details are your responsibility: the lab may turn you away, or results may be issued under the wrong information. Correcting an order after it's placed isn't always possible and may require a new order — this isn't grounds for a refund outside Section 8.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a refund any time before your blood draw, within your order's 12-month validity window. Because your order is placed with the lab as soon as payment clears, the platform fee isn't refundable past that point — a pre-draw cancellation is refunded minus that fee, typically $20–$50 depending on order size. Orders we cancel because we can't fulfill them are refunded in full with no fee. Once your blood has been drawn, the order is final. To cancel, email info@cheapeasylabs.com with your order number before your draw. Refunds return to your original payment method and may take a few business days to post.
Orders from states we don't serve can't be placed through checkout and aren't charged. If one somehow goes through and we can't complete it, it's cancelled and refunded in full with no fee.
If the lab or collection site can't complete a test — for example, an insufficient or mishandled sample — arranging a redraw is between you and the lab; we don't perform draws ourselves and aren't responsible for arranging or funding a new one. A test the lab reports as not performed doesn't entitle you to a refund once blood has been drawn, subject to the Warranties and Liability sections below.
9. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and, unless Section 6 applies to you, only for yourself. Don't submit false information, order for someone without their authorization, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, scrape or copy our catalog or pricing, probe or interfere with our systems, or otherwise use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these rules.
10. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results arrive by a specific date — draw scheduling and lab turnaround are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant the accuracy of lab results, since those are produced by the lab, not by us.
If the lab can't perform one test within a multi-test order after your sample is collected, that's a lab decision outside our control — the order is still considered fulfilled, and unperformed individual markers aren't separately refundable.
Because the lab also holds your results independently, we recommend keeping an account directly with them as a backup if you have trouble receiving results from us. By ordering, you agree that issues on the lab's side — collection errors, mishandled or lost specimens, processing delays, unperformed or misread tests, the lab's reference ranges, its equipment, staffing, or hours, a refusal to draw you, or the physician network's authorization decision — are between you and the lab, not us.
11. Limitation of liability
We don't draw your blood, run your tests, or authorize your order — those are handled by the lab and an independent physician network. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for harm caused by their acts or omissions, or those of any other third party.
To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service, your results, or any action you take based on them. If we're found liable for anything, that liability is capped at what you paid for the order at issue, and never includes consequential or punitive damages. Some states don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Cheap Easy Labs harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights. If Section 6 applies to you, this extends to claims relating to anyone you ordered for.
13. No insurance billing
This is a cash-pay service. Charges from Cheap Easy Labs can't be submitted for reimbursement to any insurance plan or health benefit program, by you or anyone you ordered for, and we don't bill insurance directly.
14. Health data and HIPAA
Cheap Easy Labs is a technology service, not a healthcare provider or lab, and may not qualify as a "covered entity" under federal HIPAA law. The lab and the authorizing physicians have their own separate privacy obligations. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. If Section 6 applies to you and your organization is itself subject to HIPAA, we aren't acting as your business associate unless we've signed a separate agreement saying so.
15. Dispute resolution
Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes get resolved. You and Cheap Easy Labs agree that any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will go to binding individual arbitration rather than court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration is decided by a neutral arbitrator and the outcome is final; both parties are giving up the right to a jury trial.
Claims may only be brought individually — not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator can't combine claims across users.
You can opt out of this section entirely by emailing info@cheapeasylabs.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, including your name and the email on your account.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
17. Email communications
Creating an account or placing an order may result in occasional emails from us — product updates, new tests, or promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided; this doesn't affect transactional emails about your orders or account.
18. Referral program
Accounts may receive a referral code to share. When someone orders for the first time using your code, they get a discount and you earn account credit. Credit has no cash value, isn't redeemable for cash, and can only be applied to future orders on this site. We may modify, pause, or end the referral program, adjust credit or discount amounts, or close a code at any time, including for suspected abuse. Credit is a promotional balance, not money owed to you, and may be reduced, withheld, or expired at our discretion.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the state in which Cheap Easy Labs is organized, along with applicable U.S. federal law including the Federal Arbitration Act. Claims must generally be brought within one year of arising, to the extent permitted by law.
